Oven

The oven is the single most important part of any powder coating set up, if its not working correctly, and you don't know how to check if it is, you will produce rejects.

There are several way's to check your oven, the first thing should be regular cure tests to the work, the other is to check the ovens internal temperature and the products actual temperature.

At IFS we have two pieces of equipment for this, the Grant Recorder and the Raytek Infra Red thermometer.
