Blast Profile

Shot blast profile is of paramount importance to the success of the PZ770 System, daily checks need to be carried out to ensure the blast profile conforms to:

-   Sa 2.5 minimum in accordance with ISO 8501.1 1988 (F) or Swedish SIS 05.09.00

-   A sharp angular surface profile of 50-75 microns in accordance with ISO 8503/1 for grit

Or

-    Sa 2.5 minimum in accordance with ISO 8501.1 1988 (F) Swedish SIS 05.09.00

-    Roughness profile as represented by plates B9a-B10b-B10a, (Ra between 6 and 12 microns)
